Now, weight loss is one of my goals
In the last few weeks I worked a lot, I created a few websites, some banners and stuff. I’m 28 but I see that my metabolism isn’t the same as it was a few years ago.
Now, losing weight is one of my goals. I’ll have to go more and more to do aerobic. I don’t love myself so much but I realize that it isn’t the best way to get fat.
